Butler Logistics Park

Butler Logistics Park (BLP) is a 92 acre site at the center of our railroad just north of Shell Rock, IA.  On site are American Colloid and Zinpro facilities utilizing 25 acres. Another 18.5 acres are immediately available for development and the rest of the site is filled with tracks as a classification yard to support industry. The classification yard can handle over 150 cars with more tracks being built to accommodate future business.

Adjacent property to the west of BLP is available for further development starting with 40 acres and up to approximately 200 acres.  To the east of the property is a 110 mgy ethanol production facility.

BCDC has a great working relationship with the key partners in your project. They will help as needed with local building and zoning officials, utility providers, and other entities to assist in keeping your project moving on time and on budget. They also will work to leverage any local, state, and federal financial assistance and incentives that your project may qualify for.
