Mark Vaughn serves as Iowa Northern Railway Company's Asst. General Manager / Regulatory & Safety Officer based in Greene. Mark oversees all aspects of the railroad's transportation department as well as safety and strategic initiatives. Mark previously served with the Kansas City Southern Railroad as the General Director of Operating Practices and as the Manager of their System Training Center. Mark is a Designated Supervisor of Locomotive Engineers and has been a certified engineer for over 20 years since beginning his career with the Burlington Northern.
