Rod Tudor serves as Iowa Northern Railway Company's Manager, Maintenance of Way based in Greene. Mr. Tudor is the second longest tenured employee of the Iowa Northern.
He came to the Iowa Northern in 1986 as a Section Laborer. Mr. Tudor was promoted to Assistant Section Foreman, then later promoted again to Section Foreman. He then briefly worked in train service as a conductor, but returned to his duties as Section Foreman. In 2001, Mr. Tudor was named Roadmaster. A few years later he was named to his current position of Chief Engineer. Mr. Tudor currently oversees all aspects of track maintenance, construction and inspection.
