Bill Rhodes serves as the Director of Iowa Northern Reload based in Cedar Rapids. Bill is responsible for marketing duties such as reload operations, industrial development, pricing and customer service. Bill is also involved with the railroad´s ethanol services. Prior to the Iowa Northern, he owned and operated Shelves Plus, Inc., a luxury home modernizing company, based in Miami, Florida. Bill attended Miami-Dade Community College and Florida International University and resides in Waterloo.
