The Iowa Northern Railway Company tailors all of its services specifically to the needs of each customer. We do not predetermine when our customers will get service, we provide service as it is requested. On time delivery for inbound corn is provided to our ethanol production facilities while providing expedited service for outbound commodities or loads that exceeds our customers´ expectations for a railroad. No customer is too small to deserve the best service possible to support their operations. Open lines of communication are maintained with our Class I partners to ensure efficient service to and from their lines and to address unanticipated service or equipment issues that may arise.
