Operating across ten northeastern Iowa counties and connecting directly with four rail carriers at seven different locations provides Iowa Northern Railway's customers many outlet options for their products. Over 180 million bushels of grain, corn and beans combined, cycle through the seventeen country elevator system with a presence on the Iowa Northern. Major consumers of grain traveling the Iowa Northern system include Cargill, ADM and Flint Hills Resources. Maintaining the ability to be responsive and cost effective to our elevators and processors, alike, is the foundation of our service philosophy. The Iowa Northern provides customized service to small and large shippers 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
