Iowa Northern Railway has many sites along the railroad suitable for industrial development. Manly Logistics Park and Butler Logistics Park are two shovel ready sites. There are many green field sites along our line that can be adapted for industrial development. We work closely with local governments, such as state and county economic development groups, Department of Transportation, and local municipalities and utilities to help with the development process. We also have engineering and legal staff to aid in the process.
