Manly Logistics Park
Manly Logistics Park (MLP) is 165 acres encompassing a nearly two mile loop track with approximately 125 acres available for industrial development. The loop track has crossover tracks to keep the site fluid and accessible. On five acres of MLP is a Sukup Manufacturing steel coil storage and transload facility. MLP can be subdivided and developed to suit any industry’s needs. We have an engineer on staff that can provide track design and we can also build track at a considerable discount from hiring contractors.
Adjacent to MLP is Manly Terminal, an 82 acre liquids storage and transload facility. Also adjacent is Manly Yard, a 700 car capacity classification yard to serve local industries.
